At the fresh young age of 23, Brad Carraill questioned the use of outside freight providers to service the growing Landscape Supplies side of the business. He saw an opportunity to start his own freight company to service the family business and beyond. Jim Carraill was sold on the idea, and in 1996 Garden Grove Haulage was born with just one truck! Brad’s idea turned out to be a winner, and with his drive, courage and sharp business instinct, the company rapidly grew, becoming one of South Australia’s most prominent Bulk Tipper fleets.

Today sees a total fleet size of 120 vehicles comprised of everything from Truck & Dog Combinations, of various sizes through to B-Doubles and Road Trains. The fleet is one of the most innovative in the state, having been the first in SA to introduce progressive new vehicle combinations such as Five and Six Axle Dog Trailers.
